JB-D® Plus – Cantilevered Window Installation Bracket

The SFS JB-D® Plus is a pre-wall window installation bracket system engineered for structurally secure, cantilevered window positioning in double-skin facades, rainscreen systems, and cavity wall constructions.

Designed for aluminium, timber and composite window frames, it enables accurate, load-tested fixing of windows outside the structural line, supporting high-performance thermal detailing and streamlined site logistics.

JB-D® Plus brackets are available in multiple sizes and adjustment ranges to accommodate different wall constructions and insulation depths. The system includes vertical and lateral adjustment features and is supplied with tested load-bearing data in accordance with IFT MO-02/1. Ideal for commercial and residential new build and retrofit projects.

• Highest possible load transfer capacity ensured by the rectangular tube, even with large cantilevers.
• As the fastener connection boasts a low profile and sits flat on the reveal, it provides the optimum conditions for the completion of follow-on-trades such as sealing and external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) installation.
• The stable and flat bearing surface transmits loads from the installed windows.
• Simple height adjustment using commonly available spacers, similar to soffit mounting.
• Quick and secure attachment of window sill connection (FBA) profile using system angles.
• Increased load transfer capacity from brackets for hollow bricks and weak wall substrates.

• MO-02/1 – usability in accordance with IFT guideline.
