Application
IZOPERM PLUS FR is an air and vapour control layer designed for use on the warm side of insulation on wall, ceiling, floor and roof applications. It is suitable for containing and limiting the spread of fire in both commercial and residential buildings.

Description
IZOPERM Plus FR is a fire resistant airtight vapour barrier. This high-performance membrane is designed to enhance the building fabric in terms of airtightness, energy efficiency and moisture management, and also provide exceptional fire safety to the building and its occupants.
Features and benefits:
- Reaction to fire classification A2-s1,d0, tested with Partel ECHOSEAL ALU FR adhesive tape to BS EN 13501-1.
- Fire rated and suitable for high rise constructions as per current Building Regulations.
- UKCA & CE compliant to EN 13984.
- Vapour closed with an Sd value of 2000 m.
- Vapour resistance 10 000 MNs/g.
- Airtight with an air permeability value of <0.01 m³/m²·h@50 Pa.
- Class W1 resistance to water penetration, to EN 1928.
- Reflective material with an emissivity of ≤0.05, improves thermal performance by reflecting up to 95% of a building's interior heat loss.
