IKO Permascreed is an effective screeding solution for Flat Roofs, Walkways and Vehicle Decks.

Suitable for flat roofs, balconies, walkways, car parks and HGV service decks.
Description
IKO Permascreed is a quick laying screed designed for flat roofs and used for levelling walkways and vehicle decks. It is designed to provide drainage falls, as well as a stable base for the specified waterproofing system.
Its special mastic asphalt formulation delivers a fast curing time, making the roof or deck trafficable much faster than traditional cement screeds. Site programs can therefore be streamlined and delays to other trades can be significantly minimised.
IKO Permascreed is suitable for insulated warm roofs, inverted roofs, green roofs, car parks, flooring and balconies, or terrace applications.

Guidance for specification option: It also has zero water content, meaning there is no waiting for moisture to evaporate which eliminates the risk of cement stained water entering the structure. Therefore, waterproofing can be laid very quickly after the installation of IKO Permascreed. |
