Application
For protecting structures against the ingress of moisture and methane and radon gases, comprising a specially developed high strength composite film laminated to a self-adhesive polymer modified compound.
Description
IKO Hyload Tanking Membrane Gastite SA is constructed from an aluminium / polyethylene laminate coated on one surface with a layer of self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen.
Features and benefits:
- Laminated metal foil and modified bitumen compound provides dimensional stability, high tear strength, puncture and impact resistance.
- One layer application.
- Cold applied and does not use specialist tanking equipment, making it a cost effective, low labour application.
- Can be used as a fully bonded damp proofing membrane.
