Application
BentoGuard Grain is used to fill horizontal cavities and voids in the substrate prior to installing the Hydroswell BentoGuard Membrane. It is also used to seal around vertical penetrations to form a continuous waterproofing system.
Description
BentoGuard Grain is chemically treated, granular sodium bentonite used as a detailing accessory product for Hydroswell BentoGuard Membrane Type A systems.
Features and benefits:
- When wetted, BentoGuard Grain forms into a dense, low permeable ‘paste’ material that combines with the Sodium Bentonite within the waterproofing products to form a seamless waterproofing membrane.
- Free swell ratio of BentoGuard Grain is: two grams sifted into deionized water swells to occupy a minimum volume of 16 millilitres.
- Supplied in 20 kg bags.
