Sound insulating floating flooring.
HUSH-Panel 32 is a floating flooring panel for use over concrete, existing timber floors or directly over joists (the FFL is 30 mm over an existing floor base 40 mm over joists).
HUSH-Panel 32 comprises of tongued and grooved P5 moisture resistant chipboard panels which are laid in a conventional broken bond pattern. All tongued and grooved joints are glued using HUSH-Bond adhesive and the floor is kept clear of the walls using HUSH-Seal 20 pressed into the 10–15 mm expansion gap. When HUSH-Panels are laid directly over joists, a 10 mm HUSH-Joist strip should be stapled to the top of the joists.
