- Roof hatches generally only suitable for concrete, steel and wooden roofs.
Description
Provision of practical and safe access to flat roofs for maintenance work or to a rooftop terrace, via fixed stairs. Can be installed on flat roofs with a maximum pitch of 5°.

- Available for roof heights of 2500–3000 mm (GS50) and 3000–3370 mm (GS55).
- Tilt angle depending on floor height 50–66° (GS50) or 55–65° (GS55).
- Safe grip all the way to the roof.
- Standard electric control.
- Ten-year warranty on the roof hatch, one year on electric operation.
- High-quality patented construction.
