Description

Durable, very lightweight and high performance advanced fibre reinforced pre-cast concrete open jointed ventilated rainscreen system available in a standard range of colours and surface finishes. They can be moulded to form standard profiles or almost any shape that is required by the project. Window returns, column surrounds, roof level profiles can all be cast into individual cladding panel units.

The panels have a 50-50 sand cement matrix in a typical wall thickness of 12–15 mm thick. Hollow rib profiles created around the perimeter and across the rear face at designed centres provide the structural integrity of the components. These ribs are between 50–100 mm in depth and are not visible once the façade is assembled.

Supported by a lightweight aluminium carrier system fixed with a specially designed clip system. Can also be supported by timber wall construction.
