Application

Suitable for wall-mounted fencing or used for creating a ‘green wall’ plant trellis.

Description

Genoa has an open construction with a large aperture, which is suitable for wall-mounted fencing or is increasingly used for creating a ‘green wall’ plant trellis.

The strong yet relatively light-weight construction makes an ideal framework for planting; this form of screening is favoured by planning departments, by reducing the impact of larger developments on the local environment. Ground level panels should be made from a smaller aperture grating to reduce any risk of the structure being climbed, prior to planting becoming established; Verona with a 62 x 66 mm aperture ensures vertical alignment of the flat bars.

Features and benefits:

  • Mesh size: 124 x 132 mm; Vertical flat bars 25 x 3 mm; Horizontal round bars: 5 mm diameter.
  • Panels can be stacked to any height, with direct fixing to substructure or custom-designed framework.
  • Grating fences are supplied in accordance with BS 1722-14.
  • Panels and posts can be supplied galvanized only or galvanized and powder coated to any RAL colour.
  •  Grating fences are supplied in accordance with BS 1722-14.
