Panels | Compact or solid grade high-pressure laminate (HPL) boards. |
Panel supports | Full anodized aluminium frame using aluminium alloy 6063T6, with a 5 micron anodized finish and 60% recycled content. Extruded headrail finished with matching high pressure laminate. Stainless steel lock locates into receiver integrated within the vertical fascia. |
Doors | 42 mm finished thickness consisting of a 40 mm ultra lightweight MDF core.Guidance for specification option: Sourced from sustainable forests, rebated first, hand-lipped and faced with high pressure laminate. Concealed fixings within the door allow attachment to stainless steel pivot blocks, suspended from a structural aluminium headrail and located onto floor fixed pivot bracket. Door falls closed by means of a proprietary gear mechanism to allow access either automatically or manually (by pushing the door under normal conditions). |
Hardware | Guidance for specification option: Fully integrated access system that offers door control from the exterior and interior of the cubicle using hand proximity sensors. Externally, the sensors are located on the fascia (pilaster) between cubicle doors, and internally the sensor will be fitted to the Sentry integrated panel system (IPS). A discrete electromagnetic locking system mounted in the headrail provides users with security during use. The system runs using 24 volt electrical power using a transformer from the main power source. The system can be reset at any time should a fault occur. The system will automatically disengage to allow manual opening of the door should a power failure occur in the building. |
