Pre-stressed lintels ensuring optimum performance with enhanced fire resistance.
For use in walls and partitions.
Fire-Spec is a range of ex-steel mould finish high performance units, available in 60, 90 and 120 minutes, dependent upon the section width. Other concrete sections can be made with a fire resistance equal to or greater than the standard range. The Naylor technical team, with their special knowledge of concrete, can advise which sections would achieve a specific fire resistance and strength rating and offer a design solution, should this not be detailed in the load span tables.
Fair Faced Fire-Spec range:
Fair Faced Fire-Spec lintels are also available in a class C fair faced finish and again with a 60, 90 and 120-minute fire rating.
Features and benefits:
An ex-steel mould finish and made from wet cast concrete. May see small air holes on the surface, aggregate and concrete fines to bottom arrises. For use in plastered situations. Not for use in exposed painted situations.
