The fire curtain comprises of a stainless steel wire reinforced glass fabric in steel guides, with a bottom rail and box housing.
A 60-minute fire protection curtain, which is self-closing can be linked to the building's emergency fire protection systems to prevent the spread of fire by containment. Its specially coated glass fibre curtain protects against hot air transfer and protects main escape routes. The unit can be installed in widths up to 20 000 mm and heights up to 6000 mm.

The box is attached to channel section guides at each end – these guides are the main fixing point for the entire system.
