Description
Façade Single Leaf – Residential (FSL-RG) smoke vent windows are mounted in facades to provide smoke and heat ventilation, air inlet, comfort ventilation and daylight.
The frame may be polyester powder-coated to any RAL colour.
They are configured as bottom hung opening out units and incorporate chain or spindle actuators enabling a wide range of size options or opening angles and ventilation areas.
Features and benefits:
- Fully certified to BS EN 12101-2 for smoke and heat ventilation.
- May be used for comfort ventilation.
- Thermally broken aluminium profiles give excellent thermal properties.
- Available in double and triple glaze for increased thermal performance or solid aluminium panel where no daylight is required.
- May be installed in structural openings or as part of a patent glazed system.
- Wide range of sizes and opening angles utilizing chain or spindle actuators.
