Chain of Custody Certification
Certificate type
Vincent Timber’s VTX‑treated European Redwood timber cladding provides PEFC‑certified, preservative‑treated softwood with a 30‑year rot warranty, available in two finishes for distinct visual styles.
Preservative-treated European Redwood softwood weatherboards are designed for external timber cladding, available in a range of profiles and sizes to suit both modern and traditional architecture. This versatile timber cladding solution is ideal for a variety of projects:
Other applications for VTX-treated cladding boards include external timber fins/louvres on a range of structures:
VTX Pigmented (Brown) and VTX Zero (Clear) are preservative treatments commonly applied to European Redwood (Scots Pine). Both treatments provide a 30-year warranty against rot and fungal decay when used as cladding boards out of direct ground contact
VTX Pigmented includes brown pigments within the preservative (not a surface coating), helping maintain colour stability and slow the natural weathering process.
VTX Zero contains no pigments, allowing timber to weather naturally to a silver-grey finish when exposed to UV light.
