Description

VTX Pigmented (Brown) and VTX Zero (Clear) are preservative treatments commonly applied to European Redwood (Scots Pine). Both treatments provide a 30-year warranty against rot and fungal decay when used as cladding boards out of direct ground contact

VTX Pigmented includes brown pigments within the preservative (not a surface coating), helping maintain colour stability and slow the natural weathering process.

VTX Zero contains no pigments, allowing timber to weather naturally to a silver-grey finish when exposed to UV light.

Features & Benefits

  • Treatment Options: VTX Pigmented slows weathering with brown pigments; VTX Zero allows timber to age naturally to silver-grey.
  • Long-Term Protection: Classified as Durability Class 3, VTX Timber Cladding has a 30-year warranty against rot and fungal decay.
  • Low Maintenance: Durable finish requiring minimal upkeep.
  • Sustainable Choice: PEFC-certified timber from responsibly managed forests.
