A vapour open, airtight floor protection membrane designed to maintain airtightness between ground floor and first floor intermediate floor zones.
Features and benefits:
- High vapour permeability. Diminishes the risk of interstitial condensation whilst providing superior levels of airtightness at the essential junctions between floor and wall.
- Provides further significant benefits in airtightness and water resistance providing three products in one application.
- Meet and exceeds waterproofing requirements in BS EN 13589 – 2:2014 (W1).
- Prevents water ingress to the structure: provides a comprehensive waterproofing barrier to the sheathing during construction phase.
- Flexible and easy to install.
- UV and heat stable.
- Independently tested.
- Exceeds BS 5250, BM TRADA and NHBC requirements for vapour permeability.
