Description
Effisus ProFlex FR is a watertight, airtight and vapour barrier, fire rated Class B-s3,d0 membrane with a high elongation capacity.
Features and benefits:
- Watertight: Class W1 – Highest classification as per BS EN 1928.
- Fire Performance: B-s3, d0 according to BS EN 13501–1 in conformity with The Building Regulations 2010 - Approved Document B (ABD) updated June 2022.
- Excellent Mechanical Properties: 200% Elongation capacity according to BS EN 12311-1, allowing to accommodate building differential movements.
- Exceptional Tensile and Tear strength as per BS EN12311-1 and BS EN 12310-1.
