Description
Effisus Breather FR UV has good UV resistance for perforated and open joints rainscreen cladding systems. Suitable for application on facades with 100% permanent exposure, designed for protection of facades against driving rain, moisture and wind avoiding insulation deterioration, mould growth and corrosion of façade components.
The membrane system includes a wide range of accessories allowing its installation on the most demanding project requirements promoting the facade efficiency.

- Function: Perimeter sealing; sealing nail/screw perforations.
- Substrates compatibility: Concrete or similar porous surfaces; Aluminum; Gypsum Sheathing Board, Calcium Silicate Boards, Cement Basis or similar; EPDM; Roofing membrane; Gas membrane.
- Special notes: Accessory with elongation and with 1.54 mm thickness to allow movements.
-Effisus 2Adjoin DF Tape:
- Function: Fixing and membrane overlaps.
- Substrate compatibility: Galvanized Studs or similar metallic smooth surface and Gypsum Sheathing Board, Calcium Silicate Boards, Cement Basis or similar.
-Effisus Adjoin TI:
- Function: Sealing membrane perforations.
- Substrates compatibility: Galvanized Studs or similar metallic smooth surface and Gypsum Sheathing Board, Calcium Silicate Boards, Cement Basis or similar.

Specially designed to perimeter seal the membrane edges ensuring an effective sealant on membranes nail/screw perforations.
EFFISUS 2ADJOIN DF (double side tape). Guidance for specification option: Double-sided airtight and moisture resistant sealing tape suitable to fix the Effisus Breather FR UV membrane to aluminium SFS metal studs and Effisus Breather FR UV membrane overlaps.
EFFISUS ADJOIN TI (adhesive tape). Guidance for specification option: Waterproofing and airtight flexible multi-purpose single side adhesive tape (acrylate based – free of solvents or softeners) suitable to seal Effisus Breather FR UV membrane perforations.
Effisus Coat NP Primer. Guidance for specification option: Primer to prepare surfaces before bonding Effisus Breather FR UV Membrane. In porous, damp conditions or when applying within a temperature range of 5 ºC to -10 ºC, use Effisus Coat NP Primer for surface treatment before applying Effisus 2Bond DS Tape. Solvent and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) free.
