Description

Sayfa EdgeSeilTM Davit is designed for lifting and lowering personnel and materials and complies with EN 795: 2012, PD CEN/ TS 16415 and BS 8610: 2017.


Features and benefits:

  • Vertical height 500–2500 mm.

  • Safe, efficient and durable system.
  • Manufactured from 6082-T6 structural aluminium, 316 grade stainless steel and polyester powder-coated S355 grade steel.
  • The Davit Base range is available in post-manufacture Stainless steel, 304 or 316 grade stainless steel. Fixing arrangements depend on the base but are typically four or five M16 A4 grade.
  • Assembled from component form for quick, easy and safe operation with A2 grade stainless pins.
  • The unit provides clear deviation and tie points for the abseil line and P66-grade nylon rollers for smooth operation.
  • The range is available in increments of 500 mm in height and reach, up to a maximum of 2500 mm for each.
  • The assembled weight ranges between 36–68 kg, with rope access technicians typically in a team of three for safe lifting.
  • Manual and motorized winches can be provided along with the attachment brackets.
  • Independently tested and certified by SATRA.
  • Depending on specification, service life varies between 20 and 60 years, with warranties between 10 and 30 years.
