Description
DuraPost® composite gravel boards are designed as the perfect solution for modern and stylish fencing. With a tongue and groove style profile, these boards can be stacked on top of each other within a DuraPost® fence system to create a strong and durable panel. We would also recommend using our reinforcing rods in the top, middle and bottom boards to further enhance the strength.
The gravel board is extruded from PVC-U, manufactured and fully UV stabilized to BS EN ISO 21306-1. The material is extruded with a full through colour so if the
board is damaged or scratched during it’s lifetime, the area is not clearly visible and will not cause a detrimental effect to the gravel board.
Manufactured in lengths of 1.83, 2.44, and 3.0 m and available in three matching colours to complement the fence posts: Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, Olive Grey RAL 7002 and Sepia BrownRAL 8014.

COVER STRIPS.Guidance for specification option: DuraPost Cover Strips are made from AA 6063 Grade Aluminium to BS EN 12020-1. The cover strips add extra security to the fence by concealing the fixing sice of the post. This allows for both sides of the fence to be decorative. The cover strips can be easily fitted after any DuraPost installation. GALVANIZED REINFORING ROD.Guidance for specification option: When stacking Prima boards, a reinforcing rod should be used in every third board and if using as gravel boards to retain earth a reinforcing rod should be used in each board - this will increase the load per 1.8 m gravel board to 1.5 kN. The rods are manufactured from steel tube, to EN 10255 and hot-dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461. Manufactured in lengths of 1.8 or 2.44 m. Insert requirements. IN-LINE BRACKET.Guidance for specification option: DuraPost in line bracket is used to fix over the classic posts H-shape to align the capping rail on top of the fence. Made from DX-51-275 - Pre-Galvanised Steel and available in packs of ten. POST CAPS.Guidance for specification option: DuraPost post caps are manufactured in galvanized steel (DX51D 7275NA-C) to EN 10346 to 20 um of galvanization.
