Dryzone Damp Proofing Cream
Description

Safeguard's Dryzone damp proofing cream is based on silicones derived from quartz. It is water-based, containing no hydro-carbon solvents.

The product is gun applied into a series of pre-drilled holes in the mortar course. Pressure installation is not necessary. Once installed, it uses moisture contained within the damp wall to diffuse to where it is most needed, before curing to form a water-repellent resin.

The product is suitable for professional and DIY use; however, in order to obtain guarantees, use of an approved installer is recommended. Wherever possible, installation should be in accordance with BS 6576.

The Dryzone System is recognised by both the Guarantee Protection Trust and the Property Guarantee Administration as being an acceptable method of treating rising damp.
