Don & Low MultiTX Pro - Roofing Underlay

MultiTX Pro is a high vapour resistance air and liquid barrier roofing underlay. It is durable, clean, easy to cut and install, and offers temporary protection against wind driven rain, snow and dust.

Rolls should be stored flat on a clean, level surface and kept under cover. Once the underlay is applied to the roof, the primary roof covering should be installed within one month.

Method of installation:

The membrane should be installed as detailed in national building regulations and relevant agreement certification for this product. The membrane should be unrolled across the roof colour side up and draped a minimum of 150 mm onto the proprietary eaves carrier. The membrane should be fixed to the rafters or boarded sarking, subsequent rows should be lapped by 150 mm to shed water out and down the slope. Adjacent rolls should be lapped by 100 mm.
