Floor joint applications requiring heavy-duty floor covers with an extra deep recess to accept thick floor finishes.
Description
Heavy-duty dual gasketed floor covers with an extra deep recess in the centre section to accept floor finishes up to 25 mm thickness. Installed in a recess for flush fitting with surrounding floor finish.
Features and benefits:
- Joint width: up to 50 mm.
- Horizontal movement: up to +30 mm.
- Vertical movement: up to ±5 mm.
- Lateral movement: up to ±10 mm.
- Load capability: 1000 kg point load.
- Suitable for most floor finishes, maximum thickness 25 mm.
- For interior and exterior applications with heavy wheeled equipment.
- HOD-HDS features stainless steel capping to aluminium frames.
- Floor fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres and to achieve minimum 40 mm embedment.
