CORE DRIVE 50-30 - Paving sheet

Gravel stabilizer most frequently used for driveways and private access roads expecting heavier vehicles like lorries, horse boxes and motorhomes on a regular basis, with occasional HGV through traffic. It is designed for angular aggregates up to 24 mm and is manufactured from white virgin polypropylene material, making it highly durable and flexible; ideal for stabilizing gravel on inclines. It can also be specified for use in small car parks with light to medium traffic, with a maximum gradient of 12.5% (1 in 8).

The sheets are supplied with a 50 g/m² non-woven weed membrane heat welded to the underside of the grid to improve surface durability by preventing below-surface weed growth and stopping gravel from migrating under the cell wall or into the sub base.

The sheets are flexible, bending slightly to follow the contour of the ground for quick and easy installation. Each sheet also has an interlocking mechanism on all four sides that allows all adjacent panels to be connected in every direction. This creates a continuous matrix across the entire surface, so there is no need to pin or secure individual sheets to the ground. The grid has a reinforced 10 mm wide foot at the base of the cell wall to provide additional strength to the honeycomb structure and distribute load weight more evenly.

CORE Drive can be installed as a new porous driveway surface or over existing hard surfaces such as tarmacadam, concrete or compacted gravel with minimal preparation.
