Application
Hemsec Control insulated panels are suited for use in internal refurbishment projects and for forming multiple suites of rooms.
The 50 mm thick panels are especially suited for use as lining walls replacing the likes of PVC single skin products, avoiding unsightly joints and supporting frameworks resulting in a clean, attractive finish.
These temperature-controlled insulated panel solutions are typically used within the food and drink industry, for applications such as:
- Food processing and preparation.
- Storage and warehousing.

Hemsec Control insulated panels are the thinnest and most cost-effective option in Hemsec’s range, making them the suitable solution for internal refurbishment projects and the creation of multiple suites of rooms.
Their slim profile allows for maximum space utilization without compromising on performance, offering excellent thermal insulation and structural strength.

- The thinnest insulated panels in the Hemsec Control range, available in 50 mm and 80 mm thicknesses.
- Cover width of 1155 mm to optimize delivery and install costs.
- There are no unsightly joins and no need for supporting frames, so they produce a clean and tidy finish without unsightly joints.
- Control in the 50 mm thickness is suited for use as a ‘liner’ panel to replace PVC single skin.
- A rigid polyisocyanurate insulation core, provides the following that is closed-cell, HCFC-free and has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP).
