  • Fits over lining sheet for newbuild.

  • Component design allows continuous insulation with minimal compression.

Standard product features

Material:

  • 1.6 mm, high tensile galvanized steel.

Brackets:

  • Fitted with vapour seal/ thermal insulation pad.

Rails:

  • Spigoted connections. Bracket support required within 100 mm.

Product Options

Location:

  • Pitched rails for roof cladding. Maximum load: 10.8 kN/m without safety factor.
  • Vertical rails for horizontal cladding: Requires bottom support to rails.
  • Locations subject to negative load (typically wind suction). Maximum load: 6.5 kN/m without safety factor, before top sheet fixings detach from bar.
