Aluclad Rainscreen Flat System

Flat sheets, Face Fix or Secret Fix solid aluminium rainscreen panels are produced using non-combustible material and available in either A1/ A2 fire rated finishes enabling architects, designers, building owners and installers to choose from a range of options.

Aluclad panels solid or perforated can be supplied in various panel lengths and finished in polyester powder coating (PPC), anodized or PVDF in an extensive range of colours, to give a stunning presence to the facade of any project. Face fixed or Secret fix method – provide variety of installation options to an extruded aluminium sub-frame.

Face Fix System – Solid or Perforated Panels - stainless steel self-drilling screws with a special two step drill bit or rivets designed to provide quick and trouble-free installation back to an extruded aluminium Helping Hand Bracket system sub-frame.

Secret Fix System – Solid or Perforated Panels – discrete fix (secret fix) utilizing a hanger and carrier rail, the hanger rail is secured to the back of the panel with stud welded bolts, the carrier rail secured to the Helping Hand Bracket system sub-frame with stainless steel self-drilling screws.
