Alucald Rainscreen Cassette System

Cassette Discrete Fix System (fixed with fasteners through the panel flanges in the joint recess) or Cassette Interlock System (hooking-on) solid aluminium rainscreen panels produced using non-combustible material and available in A1/ A2 fire rated finishes, enabling architects, designers, building owners and installers to choose from a range of options.

Aluclad Cassette panels, solid or perforated, can be supplied in various panel lengths and finished in anodized or polyester powder coated finishes in an extensive range of colours, to give a distinct appearance to the facade of a project.

Features and benefits:

• Panel depth from 20 mm to 100 mm maintaining a minimum stand-off from the primary structure and keep a sleek, slim non bulky appearance.
• Panels both solid or perforated in various pattern configurations.
• Secured to a bespoke hook-on profile then back to a Helping Hand Bracket system (support frame).
• Defined by BS 476 part 4, aluminium alloys are non-combustible, part 7 Surface Spread of Flame ‘Class 1’.
• Defined by BS 476 part 6, fire propagation ‘Class 0’.
• Secret recess fixed system with typical 20 mm joint.
• System CWCT tested and Fire Rated.
• Reduces installation time and cost for replacement of existing cladding with either A1/ A2 solid aluminium panel with quality finish and durability.
• Panels manufactured bespoke to project specific dimensions with either multi-panel build up or a full storey floor to floor height arrangement.
• Polyester powder coat finishes are guaranteed to BS 6496/12206-1 for up to 30 years or more depending on surrounding environmental conditions and maintenance.
