Aliva Mesh Covering - Expanded Mesh Rainscreen Cladding

Aliva Mesh covering is a facade system that incorporates Aliva’s expanded mesh panels and substructure system for external wall build ups. The system, in aluminium extruded alloy, consists of U brackets, vertical mullions and horizontal profiles, which support Aliva’s mesh panel facade. The panels are secured by means of a secret fix hook on mechanism or through fixing via folded flanges. In other cases connection via hot rolled tube sections may be required for curved applications.

• Class A1 fire classification to BS EN 13501-1:2019 (surface spread of flame) For mill Finish or anodised materials and Class A2 fire classification to BS EN 13501-1:2019 (surface spread of flame) For Painted and Powder coated finishes.
  • Note - the material fire classification is applicable to the material only. However the mesh is open faced by its nature and will not prevent the spread of fire.
• The system when installed to specification will achieve a design life of in excess of 30 years.
