Description
The 787NS recessed floor expansion joint system is designed to support heavy equipment movement in interior environments. It is suitable for a range of project types, including data centres, modular construction and facility maintenance routing through standard commercial buildings. Its tapered cover plate and frames provide a smooth, ADA-compliant design that maintains a level surface and stays flush through daily joint expansion and contraction.

- Install condition: Floor to floor (A01) or floor to wall (A02).
- Joint width: 50–203 mm.
- Capable of meeting 50% ± (100%) multi-directional dynamic seismic joint.
- Tapered plate and frames provide a seamless, ADA compliant design that constantly levels itself and maintains a flush condition through daily joint movement.
- Shallow 25 mm frame depth ensures no interference in rebar/ cabling structure.
- Loading capacity up to 3175 kg.
- Non-serrated, smooth cover plate.
- Can be coupled with waterproofing or fire protection accessories.
