Topseal offers a range of cold liquid applied, high performance, BBA Certified GRP waterproofing systems, which can be used to form a waterproof membrane regardless of the size or complexity of the application. The Topseal systems can be finished in any BS4800 or RAL colour and if required, an anti-slip finish is available for walkway and balcony projects.

Topseal PU is a high performance, moisture cured, single component, glass fibre-reinforced polyurethane, for use on new and existing flat roofs and it has been developed to reduce project time. Utilising the latest fast-curing technology, this system will cure in as little as 6-12 hours (at 20°C). It is also damp tolerant and can be laid at 5°C. Topseal PU has achieved BBA Certification. It is also manufactured and registered as meeting ISO9001:2015 standards. Topseal PU system has achieved B Roof (t4) in accordance with EN 13501-5: 2016. Test method: CEN/TS 1187: 2012 Test 4. Guarantees available are 20 and 25 years dependent on the requirements of the project and budget.

In addition to the materials guarantee, a Topseal PU roof is backed by a workmanship guarantee which runs concurrently with the materials guarantee. A further optional 10-year Insurance Backed Guarantee is also available.
