Facade System - Woodfac ClickThis striking parking garage in Vejle, Denmark was created using Nordisk Profil’s Woodfac Click system.When it comes to parking garages, aluminium is most often chosen as the primary façade material. However, the use of the Woodfac Click solution for this project is what makes it stand out.This is a perfect example of the possibility of design freedom and the ability to get exactly the façade you want from our façade solutions.

Facade System - Woodfac PanelIn 2020, DLG moved from Axelborg in Copenhagen to a large new headquarters in Fredericia.The front entrance area of the new building was fitted with Nordisk Profil’s Woodfac Panel system. The system is made up of 34x34mm lamellae in Thermo-D Ayous. Thermo treatment increases the dimensional stability and longevity of the lamellae, lowering moisture content and breaking down the woods natural hemicellulose content.The clean structure of the lamellae, combined with the design freedom of the façade system, make it possible to create an impressive aesthetic finish with a long and stable life span.

Copenhagen’s new residential neighbourhood in Ørestaden is called Bellakvarter. Close to the city and surrounded by beautiful nature, a lot of residential blocks are sprouting up.The Bella 3 building project, named ‘Mørch’s Huset’ is an apartment block with a tower house. The tower house is clad with aluminium panels created using Nordisk Profil’s Napsu system. The lamellae are chosen in a light anodization which, along with the dark brick of the apartment building, creates a lovely contrasting building. The façade is designed with two different lamella dimensions to help create an exciting and striking look.

Located in the city of Horsens on the Danish East Coast, the Horsens Gymnasium is an impressive building with a spectacular façade made with Nordisk Profil’s Woodfac Click system.The creative façade consists of free-floating cedar lamellae, using Woodfac Click’s “open” system. This provides ample opportunity to create living architecture through light, shadow and material choices.
