H-BAU FIBERNOX® V-ROD is a concrete reinforcement system available in a range of bar diameters. It is made of environmentally sustainable fibre reinforced material which has high corrosion and alkali resistance, combined with high tensile strength and with low weight. Avaible in wide range of bent shapes and lengths, it is also non-magnetic, non conductive, and has thermal insulating properties. H-BAU FIBERNOX® V-ROD is an effective alternative to stainless steel or galvanised reinforcing steel.

ISOMUR Plus Wall Base Insulation

The H-BAU ISOMUR® PLUS wall base insulation system is designed to create a thermal break between the base of an internal wall and its foundation. Available in a range of sizes the H-BAU ISOMUR® PLUS system replaces the bottom course of internal masonry to thermally insulate the internal walls and reduce the risk of heat loss, condensation and mould growth. If the foundation of the building is not insulated, the internal walls built on top of it will create a breach in the thermal envelope of the building.
ISOPRO Insulated Concrete Balcony Connections

H-BAU ISOPRO® and ISOMAXX® systems provide thermally insulated connections for concrete balconies and walkways to meet part L of the building regulations. Available with up to 120 min. fire protection, the ISOPRO® system has an 80mm thickness of insulation, and is the most commonly used system to prevent cold bridging, The ISOMAXX® system provides 120mm of insulation for maximum thermal performance.

Dimensioned to enable easy installation to the top of permanent metal deck formwork, J -Sled is individually designed to meet the specific project needs of customers who need to reliably distribute high loads into thin composite slabs. Often used for top of slab connections for facades J -Sled may also be used for the support of other building equipment.

JORDAHL Acoustic Elevator Insulation JAI

Jordahl Acoustic Elevator Insulation JAI is used to acoustically decouple load bearing connections from building structures. The product is designed to be of interest to acoustic engineers and clients who want to reduce structure borne noise transfer from operating machinery.
In elevator shafts the system is used for acoustically isolating guide rail and elevator machinery connections. This reduces noise levels experienced by occupants of rooms in the vicinity of the elevator shaft when the elevator is operating.
Jordahl JTA and JXA Anchor Channel Fixings

Evaluated in ETA/09-0338 JORDAHL® JTA anchor channel range comprises JTA W hot-rolled, and JTA K cold rolled profiles. Both types of anchor channels are used with simple twist-in T-bolts to provide safe and adjustable connections to concrete structures for the resistance of tension and shear loads.
JTA K cold rolled anchor channels give an efficient method of connecting predominantly static loads.
JTA W hot-rolled anchor channels provide similar simplicity and reliability of performance for the anchoring of structural connections with oscillating, seismic or dynamic loads.
Hot-rolled toothed JORDAHL® anchor channels JXA W provide enhanced load resistance in the longitudinal direction of the channel combined with long-term dynamic load performance.
Jordahl Punching Shear Reinforcement JDA

JORDAHL® Punching Shear Reinforcement - JDA comprises of double-headed reinforcement anchors that are factory-welded to carrier rails. Installed into the concrete from above, the units are positioned in floor slabs and foundation slabs to distribute punching shear loads above column or pile locations.
Typically supplied in two to five stud configurations, JDA units replace the need for drop beams or closely spaced traditional link reinforcement. This reduces cost and reinforcement congestion. ETA-13/0136
Pentaflex KB Structural Waterproofing System
J & P Building Systems
PENTAFLEX KB® metal water bars are fully coated on both sides with a special coating to provide reliable waterproofing at concrete joints. The bond between the special coating and new concrete prevents water infiltrating the joint and an embedment depth of 30 mm is enough to withstand water pressure of up to 5.0 bar. The high elasticity of the coating ensures reliable sealing when the concrete structural components shrink. PENTAFLEX KB® units are typically supplied in 2m lengths with a choice of 167 mm or 80 mm widths. The bonding surfaces are protected with a film on both sides that is only removed immediately before concreting. Units are simply lapped along the concrete length and without the need to plan day joints for concrete pours.
