Gypsol Diamond Polished Anhydrite Screed

Gypsol Diamond is a unique screed system designed to be used as a wearing surface once polished. It offers the versatility and practicality of anhydrite floor along with the beauty and durability of a polished concrete.

Gypsol HTC Thermal Screed

Gypsol high thermal conductivity (HTC) screed is designed specifically for use with underfloor heating systems to offer the optimum thermal performance.

Gypsol Solida heated screed system

The Gypsol Solida Heated Screed System comprises an underfloor heating technology into ground and separating floors in combination with Gypsol based flowing anhydrite floor screeds.

Gypsol Summit Flowscreed

Summitt screed is a combination of Gypsol binder, specially selected sands, and water mixed in quality-assured ready-mix facilities to produce a pump applied, flowing, self-compacting and self-smoothing screed. It allows installation to high rise applications 10 stories and above.

Minimum Depths:

  • Bonded: 25 mm on a fully prepared concrete substrate.
  • Unbonded: 30 mm over a polythene membrane or in direct contact with an unprepared concrete substrate.
  • Floating on insulation: 35 mm for domestic applications.
  • Floating on insulation: 40 mm for commercial applications.
  • Underfloor heating: Minimum 25 mm cover to underfloor heating pipes.

Maximum Bays:

  • Unheated: 800 m², aspect ratio 8:1, length 40 m.
  • Heated: 300 m², aspect ratio 6:1, length of 20 m.

Physical Properties:

Gypsol TimBRE self levelling anhydrite screed

Gypsol TimBRE self levelling anhydrite screed is made to exacting standards by quality assured manufacturers to BS EN 13813. It is a combination of high quality Gypsol binder, specially selected sands, water and special additives where required. It is designed specifically for use in acoustic and non-acoustic flooring systems which use timber joists as their primary supporting structure.

Gypsol TimBRE self levelling anhydrite screed is suitable for the encapsulation of an underfloor heating system, either electric or warm water. Gypsol TimBRE self levelling anhydrite screed is suited to both residential and commercial and will help to improve the acoustic performance of the floor to meet or exceed Part E of the Building Regulations (E&W). Gypsol TimBRE self levelling anhydrite screed also improves the environmental, fire resistance and durability characteristics and gives a concrete feel to a timber supported floor.

Gypsol TimBRE self levelling anhydrite screed is designed to be used in conjunction with a compressible or an acoustic resilient insulation and an acoustician should be consulted to approve the design prior to installation where acoustic performance is required.

Gypsol XS High Strength Anhydrite Screed

Gypsol XS self-compacting flowing screed is made to exacting standards by quality assured manufacturers to BS EN 13813. It is a combination of high quality Gypsol binder, specially selected sands, water and special additives where required. It is an enhanced strength mix design which offers a minimum CA-C35-F7.

Gypsol XS high strength anhydrite screed is suitable for the encapsulation of an underfloor heating system, either electric or warm water. Gypsol XS is suitable for use in both residential and commercial including apartments, schools, prisons, hospitals and single dwellings where higher loadings and more durable screeded floors are required. In common with all screeds, Gypsol XS screed also improves the environmental characteristics of the floor.

Sureflo Bagged Gypsum Screed

Sureflow is a bagged screed made using a combination of gypsol binder and specially selected sand in 25kg bags ready for water addition for mixing on site. It may be placed using a mixing pump or by direct placement from a mixing vessel.

Minimum Depth:

  • Floating on insulation: 35 mm for domestic applications.
  • Floating on insulation: 40 mm for commercial applications.
  • Underfloor heating: Minimum 20 mm cover to underfloor heating pipes.

Maximum bays:

  • Unheated: 800 m²,aspect ratio 8:1, length 40 m.
  • Heated: 300 m²,aspect ratio 6:1, length of 20 m.
