Our Present Achievements
- Carbon Footprint Reduction: Since 2020, we've implemented measures that have led to significant energy savings and carbon sequestration.
- Self-Powered Turbines: Transitioned to self-powered turbines, achieving a 3% reduction in total energy consumption.
- Time-Based Maintenance: Adopted proactive and predictive maintenance using sensors, contributing to 8.4% energy savings in our tempering furnace operations.
- Lean Management & Kaizen: Optimized operations, resulting in 8.4% HVAC energy savings by adjusting IGU shift operations to a single shift per day.
Water Conservation: Achieved a 25% reduction in water usage in 2022 compared to our baseline, conserving 1 million gallons.
- Sewage Treatment Plant: Implemented a sewage treatment plant to recycle and reuse water, further enhancing our conservation efforts.
- Geothermal Energy: Initiated the Delta 7 project, focusing on geothermal energy utilization to reduce reliance on non-renewable energy sources.
