Princes Street, formerly a retail space, was refurbished into a high-end new addition to Edinburgh city centre.
The refurbishment would see the building repurposed into a mixed offering of a hotel, office and retail space.
Originally built in the 1960’s, the existing structure had some obstacles to overcome. The refurbishment also added an additional storey to the existing structure creating additional loading challenges on the existing foundations.
Chichester House - Case Study

Chichester House was a redevelopment of office space in
the heart of Belfast City Centre. The redevelopment converted the building into a mixed-use space with Grade A office and retail space.
The original structure, known as Londonderry House, was
transformed adding an additional 3 storeys to existing 6.
The building’s location also proved a challenge as space
and access were restricted.

Millbury Nursing Home - Case Study

Millbury Nursing Home is a purpose-built residential nursing home.
The Development will consist of a new fully serviced single storey extension which will double the capacity taking it from 66 bedrooms to 132.
The works consist of a new extension incorporating 66 single bedrooms with associated nursing accommodation, visitor accommodation, administration and staff areas, dining & living facilities & all associated accommodation to ground floor level with associated alterations to elevations. Being able to deliver this extension quickly and with minimal disruption to the current residents was of the upmost importance.
Mungret Gate Housing Development - Case Study

Mungret Gate is ideally located just 5km from Limerick City Centre with plenty of activities nearby including a playground, stunning scenery and 2km of walk and cycle paths.
The development by Homeland Group consists of 3 and 4-bedroom family homes that are modern and stylish but also sustainable, with an abundance of green communal space for children to play in andfamilies to enjoy.
Homeland Group felt that energystore’s TLA would be the perfect fit for their new Mungret Gate development.
