Siemens Energy's new campus in Dubai’s Sustainability District at Expo City spans five buildings, embodying their commitment to driving sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy systems. Designed by SAY Studio, the office reflects their core values and future vision, blending sustainability, advanced technology, and inclusivity to create an exceptional destination workplace.The design follows Siemens Energy’s #BetterTogether Office Playbook, emphasizing hybrid workspaces tailored to concentration, collaboration, and social interaction. Shared amenities like cafés and learning centers, placed strategically in central buildings, foster connectivity across departments. The design incorporates energy themes such as kinetic and thermal energy, aligning with their philosophy of “we energize society.”Sustainability is a key objective, with the project under application for LEED® Gold certification. Features include low-flow water fittings, smart energy monitoring, and innovative materials. Inclusivity is celebrated with a Wall of Inclusion, showcasing artwork by students from the Dubai Center for Special Needs.We supplied premium door hardware to enhance functionality and durability across the campus, supporting its high-tech and energy-efficient design.This project highlights Siemens Energy's forward-thinking approach to workplace design, creating a collaborative, inclusive, and sustainable environment for their employees

SUSHISAMBA Riyadh, located in the King Abdullah Financial District, spans 16,750 sqft across two levels, blending Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences into a vibrant dining experience. The project, a collaboration between Bluehaus, CetraRuddy, and PMKConsult, seamlessly merges global design with local cultural nuances.Bluehaus delivered full architectural, interior, and MEP services, managing everything from design specifications to back-of-house areas. Their use of BIM technology ensured efficient collaboration among stakeholders, enabling smooth coordination of intricate design details.Unique features include a mezzanine-level private dining area, open kitchen, and custom elements such as the signature orange tree. The space combines modern aesthetics with regional influences, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s heritage while adhering to SUSHISAMBA’s global standards.We proudly supplied door hardware for the project, ensuring seamless functionality and durability to complement the luxurious design.This prestigious addition to SUSHISAMBA’s global portfolio highlights exceptional architectural design paired with premium-quality finishes.
