Smart 22 @ project is a building that arises from the industrial legacy of Poblenou in Barcelona, Spain. It was designed by GCA Architects inspired by the values of modernity, sustainability, and technology and that becomes the First Smart Building in Spain, with Leed Platinum V4 and Well Gold certification. It also has AAA and Wiredscore certifications.The project stands out for its sustainable characteristics and high energy efficiency. Any construction material and elements take part in this purpose. In this context, our Premium Plus roller shades with Polyscreen® 501 contribute to optimal solar management as well as to reduce energy consumption and energy savings in heating and air conditioning. Located in Madrid, Clínica Fuexpert stands out as a benchmark in contemporary medical architecture, where clinical precision meets a warm, refined design approach. The project, embraces a minimalist aesthetic that highlights natural light, clean volumes, and a neutral, elegant palette of materials.As a key element of the interior design, solar protection systems were integrated to enhance both comfort and visual coherence. Among them are Arion and Premium Plus roller shades, as well as pleated and vertical blinds, selected for their performance, versatility, and seamless integration into each space.These systems not only regulate natural light and ensure privacy but also add architectural value to the overall design. The careful selection of Polyscreen® and Cellular BO fabrics reinforces the technical and sophisticated character of the project, creating a serene, functional, and visually cohesive experience.

The Project is a remodel of Meliá Milano hotel, one of the most popular hotels in Milano city . Spanish architect Alvaro Sans and Vittorio Grassi architects teamed up to restyle it , proposing a more functional and innovative design . Our Veranda Zip with Polyscreen ® 351 fabric are placed in the breakfast area as a finishing touch on the high skylights , increasing the flexibility of this space . It achieve this goal as well as providing solar protection , intimacy , or visual contact outside . Our Wood Venetian blinds were installed to cover solar control needs on the corridors and some private rooms . They create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere as well as offer the right balance between light and privacy

To link the old structure and the new one was the main challenge to this project . As a result , the extension is a minimal and curvy volumen which adapts itself to the existing building . Our vertical blinds have been chosen because of their high versatility , adapting themselves perfectly to the curvy openings of the new façade . Able to provide the right atmosphere at any time, vertical blinds stand out for their precise solar management according to the user’s needs : visibility or privacy

Treviso Tiramisu is housed in a beautifully renovated five-story historic building. The interior showcases exquisite Renaissance frescoes on the walls, offering a glimpse into the past, while a tasteful modern renovation introduces a fresh design concept that harmoniously contrasts with the building’s historic charm.Bandalux’s Wooden Venetian blinds are installed on the windows overlooking the central vertical circulation areas. The slats are carefully chosen to blend seamlessly with both the antique and modern wood elements, providing privacy for the kitchen and dining areas without disrupting the building’s aesthetic balance.

The DoubleTree by Hilton (Liboa ) is based in a former iron factory from the 20th century, and for that reason, the project is like an “urban retreat”, according to its interior designer . The building is connected with its environment through its large windows, where our Z-BOX roller shades, configured with a blackout fabric offer maximum privacy to the guests . Bellver Place is a premium residential building that forms part of the Bellver Park Properties, known for creating high-quality luxury apartments. The building features 8 spacious apartments and 2 exclusive penthouses, each with private pools. All units are designed to maximize natural light, with both covered and uncovered terraces that foster a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, offering stunning views of Mallorca's cityscape and ocean.For this project, the architect chose Bandalux’s Z-Box Secret system, fully integrated into the façade to maintain the clean, minimalist aesthetic of the design. This system not only blends perfectly with the architecture, but also offers superior solar protection and wind resistance, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable living environment. The use of Polyscreen 403 fabric enhances visual and thermal comfort, reducing heat and glare while maintaining optimal views, making it the perfect solution for luxury residences.

The Project is located in the building built in 1920 by the architect José Yarnoz Larrosa to welcome the headquarters of two editorial companies. Nowadays, the hotel is on the upper levels and it counts 168 rooms, designed by Studio B76 with careful attention to decoration inspired by the 1920s and 1950s. For bedrooms, two systems combinations are used: FIT BOX and Premium Plus or Zi-Box and Premium Plus; one for daily activity and contact visual outside and one for resting and total opacity. The fabrics are selected according to these needs. One Bandalux awning is also used in the terrace, providing a comfortable outdoor space. 

Ikon Tower is an ambitious residential project located in Valencia (Spain) and designed by Ricardo Bofill architect. Nowadays, is the tallest building in the city with a hundred meters. The building was designed thinking in its inhabitants. The common areas include a gym, a swimming pool with a solarium, a gourmet area, and a Mediterranean garden. Being a skyscraper, light management was another important part of Bofil’s work. The façade has big openness in which our Zi-Box roller shades replace the classic shutters. They are configured with a blackout fabric that provides visual, acoustic, and thermal comfort. Thanks to its Easy Zip guides, the Zi-Box system offers total concealment and privacy.
