Premium Plus roller blinds in Coworking Utopicus Francisco Silvela

Located in a district mainly composed of private residencies inspired by English architectural writing, cooworking Utopicus follows the design style.

The aim of the project was to create a flexible and innovative coworking space in which recreate different atmospheres: pleasant and comfy spaces to bring well-being in the workplace.

Following this purpose, our Premium Plus roller shades and Wooden Venetians complement perfectly the interior design as well as providing thermal and visual comfort. They also helped to achieve the BREEAM GOLD Certification of the building.
