ASF Concrete Infill Bollard

Steel Bollard with Loose Cap, designed to be cast in the ground and then infilled with concrete to substantially increase the bollard strength, increasing ram raid protection. The Bollard can be supplied in any diameter and length, although 168mm x 1500mm is standard as this offers a large and strong bollard with a good root depth for anchorage. Casting in tags are included on the root for additional security. The loose cap is designed to be fitted after the concrete is poured but before it has fully set. The finished bollard has the look of a completely steel bollard and protects the concrete from being damaged, retaining strength and keeping the bollard looking good for longer.

ASF Sandringham is a post and rail / post and panel family that has a number of applications. Can be manufactured to suit gradients, curves and step units. Gates can be included. This family is a standard range item that is made to order, allowing it to be both standard and bespoke at the same time.
100% uk manufacture
Manufactured in 100% recycled, engineering grade 250 cast iron, these posts can also be recycled again and again with no loss of property, and with an estimated lifespan in excess of 100 years with minimum maintenance, what appears on the surface to be an old school product, brings with it many of the desirable environmental elements for today's market.
Posts can also be cast from ductile SG iron in our own specialist UK facility.

ASF manufacture a wide range of cycle stands in a range of materials. Standard range products and bespoke products are available. All materials are from recycled sources and all manufacture takes place in the UK. A wide range of finishes are available, polishing of stainless steel and aluminium, galvanising, powder and nylon coating and wet painting. DDA guidelines can be met on most products. Reflective bands can be added. Cycle stands can be adapted to make barriers, column protectors, door guards and post and rail systems. Door catches and rubber stoppers can be added. All products are available base plate or root (spigot) fixed.

Cast iron comes into it's own on products such as the ASF Stowe post. A profile that would be difficult and very expensive to produce in other materials, once the pattern is down in cast iron, the post can be produced in huge numbers at a fraction of the cost of fabrication.
100% recycled. Strong and durable. Very long life expectancy.
This post could also be spun galvanised offering an incredible maintenance free product.
Applications for this post are many and it has a side mounting option that is ideal for roof top, balcony or balustrade use.

Recycled cast iron knee rail ideal for a wide variety of applications. The square, chunky profile offers a stylish, low level visual barrier that works as a stand alone perimeter marker or can pick up on a range of architectural and building styles.
Manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled cast iron, this product is made almost exclusively from used vehicle brake discs. These posts are also 100% recyclable.
Ideal as knee rail or for a wall top / parapet application.
