ARC Contract Closer

ARC Contract-Closer closes the cavity around window and door openings. The rigid PVCu profile is insulated with extruded polystyrene insulation (XPS) offering excellent thermal properties. The Contract-Closer helps prevent moisture, mould and staining from around windows and doors.

ARC Eaves Insulator

It prevents cold bridging and eliminates moisture, mould and staining from around windows and doors. ARC Party Wall DPC

The ARC Fire and Acoustic Party Wall DPC is manufactured from lengths of rockfibre mineral wool bonded to a polyethylene DPC. It is designed to enable the closing of an external cavity both vertically at the junction with a party wall and horizontally at separating floor levels, where building regulations require the use of a mineral wool closer for acoustic insulation purposes. The ARC Party Wall DPC also restricts the spread of flames along the cavity with a four hour fire integrity as tested by Warrington Fire Research.

ARC Rockfibre Insulated DPC

ARC Rockfibre Insulated DPC is a fire rated cavity closer designed to close the cavity around window and door reveals in conjunction with a return block, fitting between the return block and inner edge of the outer skin of brickwork. The rockfibre insulation will help prevent cold bridging and eliminate moisture, mould and staining from around windows and doors, while the DPC is embossed to assist mortar adhesion.

ARC Spandrel Barrier

ARC Spandrel Barrier seals the top of the party wall cavity, allowing a zero U-value to be achieved when used in conjunction with ARC T-Barrier vertically. Spandrel Barrier is compressed between the top of the party wall blockwork and underside of the spandrel panel, creating a fire and thermal break. ARC TCB

ARC TCBs have been designed to restrict the spread of smoke and flames within external timber frame walls, and to further minimise the effect of flanking noise pollution at wall junctions. They are produced from low resin, non-combustible rockfibre mineral wool and sleeved in polythene for on-site protection.
