Description
Single-layer, torch-applied, warm roof, Alpa polymeric binder, reinforced bitumen membrane (RBM) waterproofing system. Suitable for new build and refurbishment applications.
The top surface is finished with coloured ceramic granules or mineral slate chippings, while the under surface is finished with a thermofusible film. Minimum selvedge width is 8 cm.
Features and benefits:
- Application Flexibility: Torch applied and, mechanically fixed and flame free.
- Membrane SP performance classification requirement in accordance with BS 8747 Table 5.
- Classified unrestricted by the requirements of Part B of the National Building Regulations and deemed Broof(t4) in accordance with BS EN 13501-5:2005 fire classification of construction products and building elements.
- BBA approved - certificate number 94/3037 PS1.
- Exceptional aging characteristics in excess of 50 years in accordance with BS 8747 clause 4.9.6 Durability.
- Zero fall accredited as stated in BBA Certificate 94/3037.
- Manufactured within ISO 9001 and 14001 certified management systems.
- Exclusive Alpa binder providing bond strength, flexibility and durability: creates a flexible and lightweight cap sheet allowing easy installation.
