Serving Windows (also known as sliding glass windows, serving windows or serving hatches) are a solution for businesses who wish to offer a quicker service level and reduce the amount of customers inside the premises. These can be manual or automatic and either flush with the building or in it’s own booth. In fact, they are very similar to Drive Thru Windows and are completely custom built.

There are 2 variants available, Medium Duty and Heavy Duty Serving Windows.

Heavy Duty Aluminium Horizontal Sliding Serving Window

• This window is suitable for heavy use environments where the window is going to be operated regularly. Also better suited for a smaller opening as this has a lot more versatility with the build and can be made to open behind walls providing a larger opening space.

Medium Duty Aluminium Horizontal Sliding Serving Window

• These windows are thermally broken and made to measure the opening dimensions. They are better suited for lower use environments such as reception areas. Medium Duty windows cannot be customised.
• Both windows can slide and have separate locks to enable either side to be fixed.

• Option of external window sill.
• Manufacturer supplies a sub sill below the window and different length sill nosing's to suit the depth of the wall.
• The sill nosing's are colour matched and fix in via a lock in ratchet system. Once fitted these are locked in place and are very rigid.
