These modules are used in fire alarm systems to integrate auxiliary controls such as Door Holders, Lifts, Gas Valves, HVAC Systems, Access Control etc in the event of an emergency. Suitable for all building types.
The Morley-IAS 500 Series input and output modules provide flexible, addressable solutions for integrating fire, security, and auxiliary devices into analogue addressable systems. Modules include the M501MEA input module, 10-way input/output modules (MMX-10ME, MCX-55ME, CMX-10RME), dual-channel input with single output (M221EA), and mains switching output module (M201EA-240).
These devices support Class B wiring, loop isolation, and fully supervised circuits capable of detecting normal, open, short, and active (alarm) conditions. Each input and output is individually addressed and controlled by the panel, with DIP switches allowing configurable addressing and selective disabling. Compact designs allow mounting within devices, junction boxes, or control cabinets, while lightweight construction enables easy installation without rigid mounting. Advanced protocols, such as Series 200, provide faster alarm and fault recognition. Built-in short-circuit protection and selectable isolators enhance system reliability, and all modules are covered by an extended three-year warranty.
