Application

The Indigo CS Range is suited for technical and specialist environments where safety, durability, and environmental performance are critical. Its combination of fire resistance, acoustic performance, and moisture resistance makes it particularly effective in:

  • Data Centres & IT Suites – supports high equipment loads while offering anti-static protection and full accessibility for service integration.
  • Communication Rooms & Equipment Rooms – provides a robust platform for sensitive equipment, ensuring stability and safety.
  • Manufacturing Facilities – resistant to moisture and impact, suitable for industrial and technical production environments.
  • Recording Studios & Acoustic Spaces – offers superior airborne and impact sound insulation to meet demanding acoustic requirements.

The system’s calcium sulphate core delivers long-term stability and durability, while the wide void and finish options ensure flexibility across a range of building types. Its sustainable composition (94% recycled content) also makes it an appropriate choice for projects targeting BREEAM, LEED, or other green building certifications.

Description

The Indigo CS Range is a specialist raised access floor system featuring robust calcium sulphate (gypsum fibre) core panels. It is designed for projects where enhanced fire resistance, acoustic control, and moisture resistance are essential.

With thickness options between 30–38 mm, Indigo CS panels surpass conventional wood core alternatives, offering outstanding load-bearing capacity, fire performance, acoustic behaviour, and humidity resistance.

Each panel is manufactured with an ABS edge band trim and is available in a wide selection of factory-bonded finishes, including:

  • Anti-static vinyl
  • High pressure laminate (HPL)
  • Rubber
  • And more project-specific options

Features & Benefits

  • Fully accessible raised floor system.
  • High load capability with a lightweight design.
  • Extended fire resistance with a non-combustible calcium sulphate core.
  • Superior acoustic performance for noise-sensitive environments.
  • Excellent resistance to humidity compared with wood core panels.
  • Choice of durable bonded finishes for technical or aesthetic needs.
  • Manufactured using 94% recycled material, supporting sustainability goals.
