Application
Dampers are designed for use in fire compartments that can be connected to the smoke exhaust ducts (tested according to BS EN 1366-8) or they can be installed in or on the construction of the fire compartment. The damper can be installed into:
- Horizontal or vertical smoke extraction ducts.
- In solid/ gypsum plasterboard wall construction with a minimum thickness of 100 mm.
- In solid ceiling construction with a minimum thickness of 150 mm.
