Prefabricated wall panel with intrinsic fire, acoustic, structural and thermal performance.

Innovaré Offsite’s award-winning, patented i-FAST structural timber panel system which uses offers reduce U-values and psi-values whilst underpinned by rigorous fire testing to BS EN 1365-1 (loaded fire resistance testing) to a height of 5m.

Manufactured offsite in a controlled environment i-FAST offers the capacity to include Pre-Manufactured Value (PMV) elements such as factory-fitted vapour control, windows and cladding.

The panel can be specified independently of without reliance on fire performance of ancillary cladding, membranes and linings.

Can be used as part of a Full Structure, Infill or Wrap Building structural strategy.

  • Fire resistance enhanced by the addition of gypsum linings.
  • Insulation and board are both A1 non-combustible, Class 0 spread of flame.
  • i-FAST is tested to EN 1365-1 (loaded fire resistance testing) to a vertical height of 5 m.

- Acoustics:

  • RW 56 dB (Ctr-5) standalone acoustic performance based on acoustic modelling.
  • Uprated to 60–62 dB with additional gypsum lining on one or both sides.
  • Used as an external wall behind brick cladding, the build-up will exceed 70 dB (Ctr -6).
  • Isolation of opposing boards gives resistance to airborne and impact sound.

- Structure:

  • Staggered studs or trussed stud arrangement.
  • Racking stability provided by a double boarded panel.
  • Durable high impact resistant facings with excellent fixing capacity.

- Thermal:

  • Limited repeating thermal bridges from timber studs.
