Housedeck is a patented piled raft foundation and ground floor system for residential structures, that offers cost and programme certainty throughout the private and commercial sectors. It is also safer and more environmentally friendly than other methods.

Housedeck comprises a reinforced concrete slab supported on CFA piles. There are two basic types: non-voided (deck supported from piles or treated ground, directly on the ground surface) and voided (deck supported by piles, void designed to accommodate ground heave and deal with gassing sites).
