Description
Fire sliding door, Doorson 500 Series, functions as a standard automatic sliding door that is suitable for hospitals, offices, hotels, shopping malls and other public places where safety is paramount. Range includes 500F, and 500EFS with panic escape.
Features and benefits:
- EI30/ EI60 Fire Resistance: Certified for 30 or 60 minutes of fire integrity and insulation (BS EN 1634-1).
- Automatic Emergency Closure: Mechanical spring system closes door during fire alarms or power failures, becoming a fire barrier in seconds (and a swing door 500EFS only).
- Fire Barrier for Escape Routes: Separates fire compartments on escape routes, preventing flame and heat spread (featuring a swing door panic escape function - 500EFS only).
- Safe Evacuation Swing: Self-closing swing mechanism (500EFS only).
