WELWYN GARDEN CITY, HERTFORDSHIRE

The old Shredded Wheat Factory in Hertfordshire has found a brand-new purpose. Wheat Quarter Ltd has partnered with construction companies to transform the site into a contemporary residential development. The regeneration of the factory and other listed buildings will help create (approx.) 697 residential Units, 114 retirement homes and 130,000 sq ft of commercial space.
