Transforming the Royal College of Music, London

OVERVIEW

Newton Specialist Contractor MacLennan delivered a waterproofing solution to the iconic Royal College of Music in London. The project, spanning across five levels, was for major renovations to the college that saw advanced acoustic, air handling and climate control measures incorporated into the building. MacLennan designed and installed a Newton CDM System to deliver an entirely dry environment in the vast basements that would become auditoriums, a library, an atrium and music rooms, all with specific and bespoke requirements. The guaranteed waterproofing solution was completed within budget and one time by the expert team at MacLennan.
